SAN MATEO, CA | 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EVNovember 10, 2025This service was associated with a recall that required a dealer installed software update. The update took two full days to complete (vs. the 2-3 hours I was told to plan on) due to multiple failed attempts to download the software properly. I was provided with a loaner vehicle, for which I was grateful. The service staff at Putnam was courteous and helpful as I have now come to expect. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is because I never received a call from the service department advising me of the delay and its cause. I suggest that, in the future, when conditions like this arise, a courtesy call providing the vehicle status be made to facilitate activity planning on my end.Response from Putnam Cadillac
