Jose did a great job organizing the repairs. It was a fairly large job that took a lot of coordination with the warranty company and ordering the parts. The repairs went as smooth as possible and the communication was great. Plus, the vehicle runs great!

Putnam Chevrolet has definitely upgraded its service technicians over the last two years. They have more product expertise and a more positive attitude. My only criticism is that Putnam Chevrolet adds an additional 2% on to invoices paid by credit card, and doesn't accept checks. So there is no alternative to paying a 2% mark-up. Guys, credit card charges are part of doing business, just as your land lease, electric bills, payroll taxes, restrooms, etc. It's beneath you to pass along the credit card fee you pay.
